Vintage 1960s empire line maxi dress with crochet bodice. Vibrant royal purple crimplene type fabric. Bodice is open lacy crochet which has silver lurex threads, and under bust silver lurex trim. Bodice is lined, some wear to the lining fabric but cannot be seen from outside. Fastens with central back metal zip.

Green check 1950s day dress by Dorothy Perkins. Fitted bodice with full soft pleated skirt. Fastens with central back zip. Please see photos, there may have been alterations. Seams are unfinished inside and hem is hand sewn. Zip appears to have been re-sewn in. There are a couple of stitches here and there that need re-sewing. No label but feels like cotton.
