Simply stunning we have it as 1030s /40s but may be 20s it is very old but in excellent condition Oriental design with birds and flowers short sleeves and huge buttons with big lapel and belts to tie at the back. The arms and collar have an abstract sewn in design like mismatched triangles fully lined with a soft blue muslin type material. This is stunning
